Password Issues

If you find that your password has changed, or you have forgotten it, simply click the Forgot your Password? link to display the Forgotten your Password? page. Type your email address into the E-mail Address field and click Send. You will be emailed a new password.

If you find that your password is continually changing, one reason may be that you are sharing an email address/password combination with some one else. We can only assign one password for every email address, so if you are sharing an email address, it is possible that someone else changed the password without your knowlege. We recommend that you either use unique email addresses for every member of your company who needs access to the member center, or you coordinate passwords with whomever you share an email address.
