The CC Processing tab of the Office Duties section enables you to process credit cards through ServiceCEO. In order to process credit cards within ServiceCEO, you will need to enable integration with one of the Credit Card vendors that integrate with ServiceCEO.

To apply for a merchant account and begin processing credit cards, please fill out the Pre-Application form, located at: http://www.insightdirect.com/accepting-credit-cards/.
After you have been issued a new activation code containing the Credit Card Integration license, but before you install the Credit Card vendor software, you will need to perform two steps:
Activate Credit Card Integration. Select the Use Integrated credit card processing check box and indicate the folder you are using as the transaction folder. For details, see the Defining Payment Types section.
Provide Users Security Rights. Provide your users the proper rights to process credit card payments. See the Managing User Groups section for details. The security rights you will need to assign are called "Credit Card Processing".
