You can add reports to jobs, estimates and projects so that they can be run outside of the Reporting section.

Caution: Any reports you display on the Project Control Panel will need to have CEOBatchJobID as the only required parameter. If the reports are constructed in any other way, it will not run correctly. For more on editing reports in ServiceCEO, please see the Editing Crystal Reports section. |
To add a report to the job record report list:
Click Reports from the Navigator bar. The Available Reports dialog box appears.
Click Edit List. The Report List dialog box appears.
Select the report you would like to add to the report list from the list of reports.
Select the Show on Job Window check box.
Click OK.
To add the report to the estimate or project, select the appropriate check boxes.
Reports will display according to these rules:
Selecting Show on Job Window will display the report for jobs and project visits.
Selecting Show on Estimate Window will display the report for estimates.
Selecting Show on Project Window will display the report for the Project Control Panel, not for individual project visits.
Schedules (Master Jobs) will not display any of the reports.
Once added, you can run the report from two locations from the job, estimate, or project:
Print. Click the arrow next to the print icon or select File > Print > [Report Name].
Print Preview. Click the arrow next to the Print Preview icon or select File > Print Preview > [Report Name].
