Removing Crystal Reports from ServiceCEO

Previous Topic: The RPT File Location

To remove a Crystal Reports report from ServiceCEO:

Select Reports from the Navigator Bar. The Available Reports dialog box appears.
Click Edit List. The Report List dialog box appears.
Find the report you want to delete and select it.
Click Delete. A confirmation dialog box appears.
Click OK. The report will be deleted from ServiceCEO.

Note!

Note:
You will not be able to delete the default ServiceCEO system reports (i.e., the reports detailed in the Report Types section).

Caution!

Caution:
Deleting a custom report only removes the report from ServiceCEO. It does not erase the RPT file from the C:\Program Files\ServiceCEO\Reports directory.
