Feedback questions are used in the Feedback Wizard. These questions are designed to track your customers' comments from comments cards or telephone calls. You can customize these questions in order to track information specific to your company.
To create feedback questions:
Log into ServiceCEO as the Administrator.
Select Tools > Lists > Feedback Questions or press CTRL+F3. The Customize Questions dialog box appears.
Type your feedback questions into the four fields.
Click OK. The Customize Questions dialog box closes. The new questions are now active.
