Note Reasons Overview

Many sections of ServiceCEO let you create notes for customers, employees, jobs, and estimates. These notes can be used to track performance, capture comments, or save any other necessary information. For reporting purposes, ServiceCEO has a master list of note reasons that allows you to manage, group and report on the notes that users create. You can add to or edit these note reasons as you see fit. You can also delete unwanted note reasons as long as they have not been used in the past.

Note:
Note Reasons were called Note Types in versions of ServiceCEO prior to 2.0.

Open the Note Reasons dialog box by selecting Tools > Lists > Note Reasons or pressing CTRL+F2.
