Zone Prices controlling the pricing of your various products and services based on a customer's location. To do this, perform these steps:
Create your pricing tiers. You can create as many as you like. For example, in the screenshots below, there are three pricing tiers.
Define the pricing for each tier for each individual product/service. See the Creating Zone Prices section, below.
Link your zone prices to zones A user-defined geographic territory (located beneath a branch). Zones enable you to strategically associate teams of employees in a particular zone with customers in the same zone to facilitate easier and more efficient scheduling. in the Manage by Zone tab of the Zone Manager.
Once zone pricing is configured, when you add a product/service with zone pricing to a job, the price of the product/service on the job will be determined by the customer's zone and the values defined in the Zone Pricing dialog box.

Select either Tools > Lists > Master Service List (or press CTRL+F4) orTools > Lists > Master Service List (or press CTRL+F5). The Products and Services page appears.
Click New or double-click an existing product or service. The Product and Service Detail dialog box appears.
Click the Zone Pricing Edit button. The Zone Pricing dialog box appears.
Click Add Zone Price. A Confirmation dialog box appears, stating that "This will create a new zone price for ALL Products and Services. Are you sure you want to continue?"
Click Yes. A new line item appears.
Type a name for the zone price in the Zone Price field.
Type the zone price's default price for the active product/service (the one you opened in step 2) in the Price field.
Repeat steps 4-7 to define new zone prices.
Click OK.
Click OK.
Once you've defined your zone pricing, you can assign a zone price to individual zones via the Zone Manager. See the Managing Zones section for more details.
To edit a zone price for individual products and services:
Select eitherTools > Lists > Master Service List (or pressCTRL+F4) orTools > Lists > Master Service List (or press CTRL+F5). The Products and Services page appears.
Double-click the product or service for which you want to define zone prices. The Product and Service Detail dialog box appears.
Click Edit. The Zone Pricing dialog box appears.
In the appropriate Price field, type the price you want to charge for the active product/service.
Repeat step four for all zone prices.
Click OK. The zone prices for this product/service are saved.
Repeat steps 2-6 to edit the zone pricing for additional products/services.
Click OK.
Select eitherTools > Lists > Master Service List (or pressCTRL+F4) orTools > Lists > Master Service List (or press CTRL+F5). The Products and Services page appears.
Double-click a product or service. The Product and Service Detail dialog box appears.
Click Edit. The Zone Pricing dialog box appears.
Highlight the zone price you want to delete.
Press Delete Zone Price. A Confirmation dialog box appears, stating "Warning: This will delete the selected zone price from the system permanently. Prices associated with this zone price for ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES will be lost. Are you sure you want to continue?"
Click Yes. The zone price is deleted.
Repeat steps 4-6 to delete additional zone prices.
Click OK.
Click OK.
