The first step in configuring ServiceCEO is to define your company information.

To define your company information:
Select Tools > Options or press CTRL+O. The Options dialog box appears.
Click Company Information from the Categories bar. The Admin - Company Information dialog box appears.
Type the name of your company into the Name field. Note that your company name cannot contain more than 50 characters.
Type the name and information of the main company contact into the Contact section.
Type the address of your company's main location into the Address section.

Type your main phone number into the Phone field.
Type your main fax number into the Fax field, if applicable.
Type your company's main e-mail address into the E-mail field. Note that if you do not define an e-mail address here, you will not be able to e-mail work orders to your employees. For details, see the E-mailing a Work Order to an Employee section.
Type your company's website address into the Web site field.
Type the percentage of profits the company gets from its franchisees, if any, into the Royalty Rate 1 and 2 fields.
Type any information you would like into the five Custom Fields. Note that you cannot edit the names of these custom fields.
If you are using Inventory Tracking, select the Stock Location check box to make the company a stock location. See also the Defining Inventory Management Options section.
Type any relevant notes into the Notes field.
You can insert your company logo into the Logo box. For more, see the Inserting a Logo section.
You can integrate ServiceCEO with an accounting package by selecting the Enabling Accounting Integration check box. See the Integrating Accounting section for more information.
If you are not integrated with a third-party Accounting application, you can type the name of your main bank account into the Default Bank Account field.
If you are using Advanced Billing, click Configure Billing Settings to setup an advanced billing configuration for the entire company. See the Defining Billing Properties section for more.
If you are integrated with Google Maps, you can map the address at which you would like all of your maps to start from by clicking Default Map Origin. See the Default Map Origin topic for details.
Click Save and Close.
