You can use Rich Text Format (RTF) Short for Rich Text Format. RTF is the format used for entering enhanced notes. For more about RTF, please point your browser to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rich_Text_Format. formatting to provide extra features for entering and formatting enhanced notes.
To turn on RTF notes:
Select Tools > Options. The Options dialog box appears.
Scroll down and select Notes. The Notes Options dialog box appears.
Select the appropriate check boxes to enable all of the notes fields in which you want to use RTF formatting. You can select as many - or as few - fields as you'd like.

By default, ServiceCEO uses a dictionary with
about 135,000 words to identify and fix misspelled words. You can add
words to this dictionary via the notes field; see the Using
RTF Note Formatting section for details.
If you would rather use a customized dictionary, click the button next
to the Spell Checking field and navigate to the location on your computer
where the dictionary file is located. ServiceCEO supports the following
dictionary file formats:
.ccd
.cud
Defining a custom dictionary means that the custom dictionary will be used to identify and fix all misspelled words in the RTF notes.
Click OK.
