You can use ServiceCEO to track the equipment you have located at customer sites. Enabling equipment tracking will display Equipment tabs in several different locations in ServiceCEO. For more on equipment tracking, please read the Equipment sections.
To enable equipment tracking:
Select Tools > Options or press CTRL+O. The Options dialog box appears.
Click Equipment from the Categories bar. The Equipment Options page appears.
Select the Enable tracking of On-Site Equipment check box to track your equipment.
Click OK. The Equipment Options dialog box closes.
