ServiceCEO's Company Profiles enable you to create different divisions in your company (i.e., office locations, separate companies, departments, etc.) Every profile can be identified by different company name, address, logo, etc. You can even export information associated with different profiles to different accounting packages.
Once created, you can associate customers and jobs with a profile. The profile controls the information that appears as your company's information on reports run for that customer or job. You can also filter many of ServiceCEO's reports - the Marketing Module, for example - by profile so that you can track income and expenses for different profiles.
