Defining Vocabulary

The Vocabulary option lets you customize common ServiceCEO terms.

  1. Select Tools > Options or press CTRL+O. The Options dialog box appears.

  2. Click Vocabulary from the Categories bar. The Vocabulary Options dialog box appears.

  1. Type a new name for any field that you would like to customize. The fields on this page are described below in the order in which they appear:

  2. Click OK.

Tip!

Tip:
The name of the third icon on the Navigator bar is controlled by the plural value of the second, or "schedules", field.
