Connecting the Client to a Local Database

Connecting After the Initial Connection

If, for whatever reason, you need to connect to another ServiceCEO database, you can run the Database Connection tool from within ServiceCEO.

  1. Select File > Database Connection. The Database Connection dialog box appears.

  2. Type ServiceCEO in the Database drop-down list.

  3. Click OK. The connection to the current database will close. ServiceCEO will open, connected to the new database. You will need to log in to the new database.
