Stock Level Warnings

Stock Level Warnings are used to inform you about the amounts of every inventoried part in the stock locations An location, like a warehouse or a truck, where inventory is stored. In ServiceCEO, office locations and teams (and, in ServiceCEO Enterprise, branch and regional offices) can be identified as Stock Locations.. They also serve to alert you when the amount of a particular part falls below the specified Reorder point.  

The stock levels (Inventory) The amount of Inventory items of a particular part that you have in stock at a particular time. are:

Note that you can exclude items that are already assigned to jobs from the In Stock and On Order figures for the Reorder calculation; see the Defining Inventory Management Options section for details.

To define the Optimal and Reorder levels, simply click into the appropriate field and type the value you want. You can do this in two places:

  1. The Stock Levels tab of the Stock Location dialog box.

  1. The Stock Levels tab of the Master Product Detail page.

Based on these levels, if an item needs to be ordered, a warning will be displayed in the following locations:
