The Billing History tab of a customer record contains a list of all of the customer’s invoices, payments, and adjustments.
Double-clicking on an invoice will display the Invoice Editor. See the Viewing an Invoice section for more.
To edit a transaction - a miscellaneous payment or adjustment - double-click it to open the appropriate tab of the Transaction dialog box. See the Transaction Overview section for details. If you would like to view applied payments (payments that are already applied to invoices), select the filter's Display Applied Payments/Adjustments check box.
Any number appearing in parenthesis - (#) - is a negative number (a credit).
