Customers Overview

The main customer page - or Customer List - is the first page that appears when you open ServiceCEO. You can also display this page by clicking Customer from the Navigator bar. It displays all of the customers in the system:

You can open any customer record by double-clicking it. You can also right-click any customer for more options.

Tip:
The ServiceCEO filter can help you control what customers appear on the customer list. For more, see the Filter Overview topic.

Caution!

Caution:
When a change is made to a customer record, the customer's fields may appear blank on the customer list. This is done to prevent displaying out of date or incorrect information on the customer list. If this occurs, don't be alarmed; simply click to refresh the data and the latest data will appear.
