You can create a duplicate from any job The specific occurrence of a service. Select a schedule/job/estimate from the customer's Jobs tab.
Click the Duplicate Schedule button. A new job, schedule or estimate appears that is almost identical to the original item, with two major differences:
The date of the new job will default to the date on which the duplicate job is created.
The recurring frequency of the original job will not be reflected in the new job.
Once the duplicated item is created, you can edit it in the usual manner.
To duplicate a project or project visit:
Open the Jobs tab for the customer for whom the project is being performed.
Highlight the visit you want to duplicate.
Click . The Duplicate dialog box appears.
Select the option button corresponding to the action you wish to perform. Your choices are:
Duplicate single visit as part of this Project. The duplicated visit will be added to this project as a new visit.
Duplicate single visit as a stand-alone Job. The duplicated visit will be used to create a new job.
Duplicate entire Project. The duplicated visit's project will be used to create a new project.
Duplicate entire Project for another Customer. The duplicated visit's project will be used to create a new project for a customer you select in the Select Alternate Customer dialog box.
Click OK. The duplicated visit or project appears. You can make any changes that you'd like before you save the new visit or project.
