Within the Dispatch Board, you can create, save, and discard customized Dispatch Board views.

To create a new view:
Open the Dispatch Board.
Customize the appearance of the Dispatch Board to your specifications (which teams are displayed, where they are located, roles, etc.).
Select Save Current View As from the View drop-down list.
Type a name for the view.
Click OK.
To apply a Dispatch Board view:
Open the Dispatch Board.
Select the view you want to see from the View drop-down list.

To delete a view:
Open the Dispatch Board.
Select the view you want to delete from the View drop-down list.
Select Remove Current View from the View drop-down list.
The ability to add/create and delete Dispatch Board views depends on your security rights. For details, see the Establishing Security Rights section.
