The Personnel File tab tracks feedback concerning the employee or jobs A unique occurrence of a service. Also the record of the specific service created by schedule. Note that the term Job is customizable. For details, see the Defining Vocabulary section of the Implementation Manual. on which the employee worked. Notes can be attached to an employee via the Personnel File tab or via the Feedback Wizard. For more on the Feedback Wizard, see the Using the Feedback Wizard topic.

Notes can be used to track performance, capture comments, or save any other necessary information. To learn how to add a note, see the Adding a Note section.
The number at the bottom of the page is the average Rank value for all of the notes for this employee. For example, in the screenshot above, the four notes with Rank values average out to a rank of 5.

You can always summarize all of an employee notes and their rank for a particular date range by running the Employee Notes report.
