ServiceCEO enables you to save up to four phone numbers for all customers and employees.
Note that if you’ve turned on phone number formatting, ServiceCEO will automatically format all entered phone numbers into the (123) 456-7891 x234 format. For details, see the Defining View Options section.
To enter a phone number from a customer record or an employee record:
Open the General tab of the appropriate record.
If a customer record, select the contact whose phone numbers you want to edit from the Contact Name drop-down list.
If a Customer record, select the phone number type from the drop-down list. If the type you want is not displayed, open the contact record and type the value instead.

Type the area code into the first field.
Type the rest of the phone number into the second field.
Repeat steps 2-4 for each additional phone number, using the appropriate phone number line. Your screen should appear as follows:

Click Save and Close.
An alternative method of entering a contact's phone numbers is to enter them in the Address Information dialog box. To do so:
Open the General tab of the customer record.
Select the location in which the contact is located from the location drop-down list.
Click Edit Address. The Address tab of the Address Information dialog box appears.
Click the tab with the name of contact whose phone numbers you want to add/edit.
Select the phone number type from the drop-down list.
