There are several different ways you can edit an employee's time on a job:
Edit the employee's time card from the Office Duties section.
Add a time block
via MobileTech.
Time Blocks that are added or edited via MobileTech will display the
MobileEdit icon in ServiceCEO: ![]()
Double-click the employee's name from the employee section of Team Check In.
When a time card has been submitted, a clock icon appears next to the
employee's icon on the Payroll page
of the Completion Wizard:
This icon indicates that a time card has been submitted for
this time.
When any submitted time card data is different then the original start and/or end time of a job, then the start and end time of the job will change in the completion wizard:
Start Time. The earliest start time on any submitted time card for one of the job's employees.
End Time. The latest end time on any submitted time card for one of the job's employees.
Regardless of the job's new start or end times, the employee's payroll will be calculated based off of their submitted time cards.
