A new version of the ServiceCEO API Shot for Application Programming Interface. The ServiceCEO API is designed so that developers can extend ServiceCEO's functionality by writing their own programs (or web services) that use the API to integrate with ServiceCEO. will be released with each new version of ServiceCEO.
To upgrade the API web service A software system designed to support communication between two computers over a network to a newer version, follow these steps:
Download the API Setup file from the Insight Direct Member Center. Click the ServiceCEO Downloads link.
Using a file compression tool like WinZIP, extract the files to your computer.
Double-click ServiceCEOAPI.exe. A confirmation dialog box appears:
Click Yes. The upgrade wizard appears.
Click Next. Your API files will be upgraded. When done, the finish page appears:
Click Finish. The API web service is upgraded!
