Customer Web Access Installation and Configuration Overview

There are ten steps that need to be followed in order to install and configure ServiceCEO's Customer Web Access. They are:

  1. Deploy your Web Server

  2. Check for Windows Updates

  3. Install ServiceCEO on the Web Server

  4. Install Customer Web Access Files

  5. Register SWWebCust.dll

  6. Register CDONTS.dll

  7. Verify Security Settings

  8. Configure IIS

  9. Configure your Website

  10. Test the Connection

Please note that you cannot use NT authentication for running ServiceCEO's Customer Web Access feature. You must use SQL Authentication for it to work properly.
