Double click the My Computer icon on your Desktop. A Windows Explorer appears.
Navigate to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\. Note that if you do not see this directory, IIS IIS (Internet Information Server) is IIS is Microsoft's business-class Web server. Although Apache boasts more total worldwide installations than IIS, many corporations choose IIS as their Web server because it is supported by a commercial organization. Some have criticized IIS in the past, though, for its alleged security weaknesses. IIS has improved over the years, supports many Web standards including SSL, and integrates well with other Microsoft Web technologies such as FrontPage. An administrator can manage IIS through a graphical console, the Internet Services Manager. has not been installed . Please review the information on installing IIS for more details.
Right click on a blank area inside of C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ and select New > Folder from the pop-up menu. A new folder appears in the wwwroot folder.
Name this new folder WebAccess.

Download the customer web access files you will need.
For ServiceCEO version 5.4, download CustWebAccess54.zip from http://ws4.insightdirect.com/download/website/release/CustWebAccess54.zip to the WebAccess folder.
For ServiceCEO version 5.5, download CustWebAccess55.zip from http://ws4.insightdirect.com/download/website/release/CustWebAccess55.zip to the WebAccess folder.
For ServiceCEO version 6.0, download CustWebAccess60.zip from http://ws4.insightdirect.com/download/website/release/CustWebAccess60.zip to the WebAccess folder. Note that these files are for the original release of 6.0 - version 6.00.0205. If you are running a newer version of ServiceCEO 6.0, be sure to download the newer version of the MobileTech files from the Insight Direct Member Center.

Decompress all of the zip files into the WebAccess folder.
