The SWWebCust.dll file provides functionality specific to the Web Access application. The file must then be manually registered on the system by running the command: regsvr32 “C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\WebAccess\SWWebCust.dll”, where the full path name of the file is specified in double-quotes.
Select File > Run. A Run dialog box appears.
Type "command" into the Open field.
Click OK. A command prompt will appear.
Type regsvr32 "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\WebAccess\SWWebCust.dll" at the prompt.

Press Enter. A RegSvr32 dialog box appears with a confirmation message.
Click OK.
