The next step in configuring ServiceCEO's Customer Web Access is to verify that all of the files have the appropriate security settings.
In Windows Explorer, navigate to the WebAccess folder (located at C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\WebAccess).
Select all of the files in the WebAccess folder from right side of the dialog box. To select more then one file, press Shift when selecting the files.
Right-click the selected files and select Properties from the pop-up menu. The Properties dialog box appears.
Select the Security tab.
If the Internet Guest Account appears in the Group or user names list box, select it and verify that the Read & Execute and Read check boxes are selected in the Allow column of the Permissions list box. If they are, click OK.
If the Internet Guest Account does not appear, click Add. The Select Users or Groups dialog box appears.
If your computer name does not appear in the From this location field, click Locations. The Locations dialog box appears. Navigate to and select your computer and click OK.
Type (COMPUTER NAME)\IUSR_(COMPUTER NAME) into the Enter the object names to select field where (COMPUTER NAME) is the name of the web-server.

Click OK. The Select Users or Groups dialog box disappears.
Verify that the Read & Execute and Read check boxes are selected in the Allow column of the Permissions list box. If not, select them now.
Click OK. The Properties dialog box appears.
Click OK.
