Customer Web Access Overview

ServiceCEO Customer Web Access is a website that you setup that provides your customers the ability to login and view their jobs and account information. This website also provides customers the limited ability to add information directly into ServiceCEO, including:

Before you can start using customer web access, you first need to configure a Web Server that will host your Customer Web Access website. See the Website Deployment Checklist section for more information on how this is done.

Once your web server is ready, you can Install and configure the Customer Web Access software.
