The Job History page displays data about all of the customer's past jobs.
From here, the customer can enter feedback about a job by clicking the appropriate feedback link. An Enter Note dialog box appears. The customer types their feedback and submits it. The feedback is attached as a note onto the appropriate job in ServiceCEO and will appear on the work order.
