Log in to Customer Web Access

Previous Topic: Using Customer Web Access Overview

Customers will log in to the Web Access portion of ServiceCEO via an address you provide. The URL is an address you define during the configuration process. See the Defining your Company Information section of the Configure your Website topic for details.

When your customer accesses this address, a log in page appears:

To login, a customer simply enters their email address and password in the appropriate fields.

Note!

Caution:
If a user has more then one customer with the same email address, then the user will be prompted to select the customer that they want to view when logging in.

If they do not have a password, the user clicks the click here link to request a password:

Here, the customer enters their e-mail address into the Email field and clicks send my password. An "Update Successful" page appears. The customer will receive an e-mail with their system-generated password. Clicking the click here link brings your customer back to the home page where they can log in using their e-mail address and password. Clicking go logs them into the Customer Web Access section of ServiceCEO. Their My Account page appears.

Note that in order to receive a password, the e-mail address must be a valid customer e-mail address within ServiceCEO.

Caution!

Caution:
While it is possible for more then one customer to have the same email address, when a used email address is added to a new customer, the customer must request a new Customer Web Access password in order to be able to access the account.
