The Upcoming Jobs Page

The Upcoming Jobs page displays data on all of the customer's future jobs.

From this page, a customer can perform three actions:

  1. Add a note

  2. View a note

  3. Cancel a job

Add a note

To add a note to a job, the customer clicks on the appropriate add link on the Upcoming Jobs page. The Enter New Note dialog box appears.

From this dialog box, the customer can enter a note and choose what type of note it will be from the drop-down list. Clicking Submit will save the note in ServiceCEO.

To view a note that has been added to a job in the main ServiceCEO program, you have to display the job's Work Order. To do so, open the job in question and select File > Print Preview > Work Order. The Work Order report appears, displaying the new note at the bottom of the page.

View a note

To view a job's notes, the customer simply clicks on the appropriate view link on the Upcoming Jobs page. The Notes page appears.

From here the customer can:

Cancel a Job

To cancel a job, the customer clicks on the appropriate cancel link on the Upcoming Jobs page. The Job Cancellation dialog box appears.

To enter the request, the customer needs to type a reason for the cancellation into the field and click Submit.
