To setup up MobileTech access for an employee:
Open ServiceCEO as an administrator.
Click Employees from the Navigator bar.
Open the record for the employee that you want to give remote access.
Click the Details tab.
Click Configure in the Web Access field. The Web/Mobile Access Setup page appears.
Select the Enable Access check box.
Type a user name for the employee in the Login field.
Type a password for the employee in the Password field.

Select the Allow access to Work Orders and Route Sheets for Jobs to which this Employee is assigned check box, if applicable.
Select the Allow access to Work Orders and Route Sheets for Jobs serviced by any Route to which this Employee is assigned for the entire day check box, if applicable.
Note that the check boxes in steps 9 and 10 are NOT mutually exclusive - both can be active at the same time.
Select the check box corresponding to any user groups you would like the employee to access.
Click OK.
Click Save and Close.
