The MobileTech Web Access feature is not included in regular ServiceCEO licensing. You must first acquire Mobile Tech Licenses for each remote user. If you have not already done so, you should contact your Account Executive to purchase these licenses.

For information on configuring a web server A web server is a computer that delivers (or serves) Web pages, typically over port 80. Every Web server has an IP address and possibly a domain name. For example, if you enter the URL http://www.insightdirect.com/support.html in your browser, this sends a request to the server whose domain name is insightdirect.com. The server then fetches the page named support.html and sends it to your browser. for use with MobileTech, please read the Website Deployment Checklist.
Your web server must have .NET 1.1 installed in order to use MobileTech. .NET 1.1 is the framework that powers MobileTech, so you will need to install .NET 1.1 even if you already have .NET 2.0 or higher installed.
