Testing the MobileTech Connection

To test the Mobile Tech web access connection:

  1. Open IIS. Select Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services. The Internet Information Services dialog box appears.

This path may vary based on your operating system. If the prior instructions are not accurate for your computer, please consult your operating system's documentation on how to access the IIS management console.
One possible alternative path is to open the Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, then double-click Internet Information Services.

  1. Navigate to your MobileTech folder. You should find it in the Internet Information Services/(name of your computer)/Web Sites/Default Web Site directory.

  2. Right-click the MobileTech folder and select Browse from the pop-up menu. The following window should appear, indicating that Mobile Tech access is functioning properly.

If the access works correctly, you're all done! To access ServiceCEO using a mobile device over the Internet, point your mobile device's browser to the web address you configured.
