When a service contract is added to a job or a charge, the service contract A contract for service that enables you to separate the sale of goods or services from the act of providing those goods or services. section appears as displayed on the right.

Status:

• Manual Coverage means that you will define the service contracts' coverage yourself. Type the amount of the job/charge covered by the service contract in the Cov'd Charge field.

• Full Coverage means that all charges for this charge or job will automatically be covered by the service contract. If Full Coverage is selected, then the Cov'd Charge field will not appear.

Click Remove to remove the service contract from the job/charge.

Click History to view the service contract's history. The Service Contract History screen appears.
