This help system is designed to help you configure and use ServiceCEO®. As such, you can use three different methods, all found on the left pane of the help window, to navigate through the help system:
The Contents tab. This tab contains a list of topics of every topic in the help system, arranged in the order in which they were meant to be read. If you want to read the help system like you would a book, use the Contents tab. This is also a good method of seeing which topics are related to each other.

The Index tab. This tab enables you to search a listing various keywords in the system. Each keyword is linked to a corresponding topic, which are displayed in the bottom section of the Index tab. Simply double-click the topic name to display it. For example, let's say you wanted to learn more about ServiceCEO's capacity capabilities. Simply type "capacity" into the keyword field and press Enter. A list of topics all containing information about capacity appears. Peruse the list of topics and double-click the one that seems most pertinent to your question/problem.
The Search tab. This tab enables you to search the topic list. Type a word or two into the field and press Enter. A list of corresponding topics appears. For example, if you want to know how to integrate QuickBooks with ServiceCEO, type "integrate QuickBooks" into the field and press Enter. A list of topics that reference integration and QuickBooks will appear. Double-click the topic you want to read and it will appear in the right pane of the help window.
In addition, some sections of the help system is designed to walk you through a specific integration process, so some topics may contain Previous Topic and Next Topic links at the top and bottom or each page.

Installing ServiceCEO Overview - the first topic of the Installation Guide, which will walk you through loading ServiceCEO onto your computer and getting it ready to use.
Configuration Overview - an overview how to start configuring ServiceCEO. Another good topic covering this is the Implementation Checklist Overview.
